Like any of our favorite old school rap groups, like Tribe or DeLa, that feeling of crew or camaraderie was essential to the MPC format. (MPC: @masterpiececreators) This piece exemplifies that sentiment.

These images are taken from my vintage 1988 black book or piece book as we would call them. This was considered a graffiti writer’s lab where we could experiment or perfect our styles. I was 16 or 17 when I drew these. I used markers and professional grade ink pens to render these. All trade secrets passed down from one generation to the next.
